Tim Hutchinson – THE BOSS: Tim has been in the roofing business since 1976. Tim started his roofing career in Pensacola Florida at the young age of 16 and has never looked back. In 1991 Tim began permanently roofing in Central & Southwest Florida serving Fort Myers up to the Tampa Bay Area while also travelling the state of Florida to provide roofing services when the demand was there, such was the case in 1992 with Hurricane Andrew and in 2004 when Florida was hit by 4 major hurricanes. Tim has experience personally installing, repairing, managing, and supervising just about any type of roofing systems installed in the state of Florida including asphalt shingle roofs, tile roofs, metal roofs, and all different types of flat roofs.
Todd Workman – Marketing Manager: Todd is Tim & Lisa Hutchinson’s son. Growing up around roofing, Todd has been working in the roofing and construction business since the age of 16. After graduating High School in 2000 Todd spent 5 years in the Marine Corps serving in Okinawa Japan & 29 Palms California. After being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps he spent 5 years earning a bachelors degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Todd has been involved in all aspects of the roofing industry from cleaning up the grounds and tearing off shingles, to organizing & management workflow systems designed that efficiently & effectively handle large scale roof replacement & roof repair production. Todd currently spends most of his time managing the marketing budget, taking phone calls, & dishing out leads. Todd is married and has 3 children currently all under the age of 5.
Lisa Hutchinson – Office Manager: Lisa married Tim Hutchinson in 1991 and has been involved in the day-to-day task of managing a roofing company ever since. With nearly 30 years of experience managing a roofing company she has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the roofing industry. Besides loving the roofing business she also enjoys horses, but not nearly as much as she loves roofing.
Isaac Hutchinson – Sales & Estimating: Isaac is Tim & Lisa’s youngest son. He has been working in the roofing industry since he was a teenager. Isaac started off working on roofing crews and then moved into permit in his mid-20s. Isaac is now a key sales rep & estimator signing approximately 120 contracts per year. Isaac has recently taken and passed the state roofing license business & trade exams and has become a licensed roofing contractor.
